& FIGHT DIRECTOR
FIGHTS, STUNTS, ACTION
Dan (DJ) works as a stunt coordinator, fight choreographer, and action arranger; developing theatrical and filmic violence for productions, theatre, and educational bodies around the U.K. and Europe. DJ has worked on projects for the likes of BBC, Disney, Lyric Hammersmith, Amazon, Channel 4, Southwark Playhouse, ITV, Ealing Studios, The Marlowe Theatre, and many more - alongside teaching at such institutes as Drama Centre London (Central Saint Martins), East 15 Acting School, LMA London, and currently as the resident Stunt / Fight Coordinator and Action Specialist for the National Film and Television School (NFTS). He has a background in a range of weapon systems along with Aikido and Krav Maga - as well as being a qualified Self Defence Instructor. Whilst choreographing and coordinating action sequences, DJ's focuses are performer safety and physical storytelling.
